I've installed an original HP 678 black ink cartridge in my HP Deskjet 1510 series printer. I even printed 10 copies, but after that I suddenly get a message on my PC that the HP ink cartridge is incompatible and it just won't print. I even cleaned the contacts, still same issue. I wanna claim warranty since my ink is full. Any solutions?

I understand you are facing a cartridge error.

 

If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink cartridge errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
