Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7720

Afternoon Guys, 

 

I'm having an issue printing PDF's from my new HP 7720. As you can see below the test is not correct. 

 

  • I've tired it from an alternative laptop and it's the same.
  • I've deleted the printer and re-installed it ( same ) 
  • I've changed the ink cartridge ( same ) 
  • I've tried different PDF's ( same ) 
  • I've cleaned the heads twice and it is perfect.
  • I've printed a word doc and it is fine. 
  • I've changed between 600 x 600 and 300 x 300 ( same ) 

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Which app do you use to open your PDF'S?

Hi, 

 

Sorry for the delay in responding. I have tried it via the native PDF file and also by opening it with Google and it’s the same. I’ve since confirmed it’s only when I try to use colour

Please try a firmware update.if that doesnt wok

uninstall and reinstall the printer software
