I replaced my yellow cartridge for a cartridge that I had in another printer, that broke. I saved the cartridge, because was like new, but when I installed, it didn't work... Why? Can somebody enlight me, please

Cartridge Contact Issues:

- Remove the cartridge and gently wipe the contacts with a lint-free cloth or cotton swab dampened with distilled water. Allow it to dry completely before reinstalling.
Cartridge Chip Issues:
