1. Check the Ink Cartridge for Damage
Ensure that the HP 64 ink cartridge is not damaged or defective. Since the empty cartridge is recognized, the issue may lie with the new cartridge itself.
- Inspect the Cartridge:
- Check for any visible signs of damage or defects on the new cartridges (e.g., missing ink, cracks).
- Make sure the protective tape or plastic cover has been completely removed from the cartridge.
2. Clean the Ink Cartridge Contacts
