HP 8010 Blue Ink not printing

Dear Community

 

Can you please assist me? I have replaced all my Ink Cartridges today and the blue cartridge does not print at all. I have performed all the various steps recommended and even replaced the cartridge to no avail. THIS IS URGENT as I live in Australia and I have 2 days to provide the government with 140 pages of documents or our pension may be suspended.  My wife is paralysed from the top of her chest to the tips of her toes and I am her primary Carer and have limited time.

Therefore can anyone please assist me as I have already spent 5 hours on trying to resolve this issue?

Hi Phil,

Please follow below steps:

You would likely need to get a replacement cartridge, you should likely be able to print the document as black & white immediately to get the document printed.

Thank you for your fast and wonderful help. I have now printed in black ink only however this is not optimal as you understand but should hopefully be OK The Australian government departments can be very difficult and I have sent them over 500 pages of documents and they are still not happy. I sometimes wonder if I am dealing with lunatics and sociopaths which from friends have told me sometimes I am.

it is the BLUE cartridge that does not print, the yellow and magenta print out fine as does black. I tried two different HP blue cartridges and they both do not work.

I have a massive headache and have to care for my wife now but any additional help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Phil,

Be sure to follow the steps listed on the document, black ink printing was offered as an immediate solution to print, but the document also covers how to get a replacement cartridge as listed in the document itself,
