I just purchased a brand new HP 8012e printer. There are no setup cartridges in the box and the retailer states they do not have them so purchased brand new HP 912XL cartridges. Installed and printer won't work as message states insert setup cartridges!  I have tried everything and need help please as the store say they cannot help.

Return the printer to the retailer, they can't sell you device without setup ink cartridges.
