HP 8020 Brand new does not print cyan. It prints pink. Changed all the cartridge and still pink

HP Office Jet Pro 8020 does not print Cyan, it prints pink.  Brand new.  Changed all cartridges and still prints pink.  From what I am reading from the community, this seems to be a common defect.

 I'd like to help!

To better assist you - 

1) Does the copy print out the same way? 

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices? 

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -

1. On the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup icon .

2. Swipe up on the display, touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.

   A Print Quality Diagnostic Page prints.

   

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

 Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
