Product: Inkjet 8025e

Hi!

 

I have an HP 8025e Inket printer that HP decided to brick recently using a "Dynamic Security" update. The printer now blocks my cartridge because it uses a non-HP chip. Can someone help me with one of these two options:

1. Either help me downgrade the printer to allow me to use non-HP cartridges.

2. Or provide an address for a trustworthy recycling facility where I can recycle this printer so I can get a Brother printer instead.
