HP 8035 All-in-One
macOS 12.0 Monterey

We purchased our HP 8035 All-in-One printer March 2020.  Within a year it stopped printing in color.  We have tried EVERYTHING that HP recommends.  Print head cleaning (Levels 1, 2 and 3), print head alignment, updated the firmware, installed new ink cartridges, but NOTHING corrects this problem.  HP's website offers nothing more in the way of help.  I cannot find anywhere where people with the same issue have been able to resolve it.  I don't know what else to do with this printer.  Has anyone, anyone been able to resolve this problem that so many others seem to have?

I see that you are facing an issue with printing in color on your Printer.

 

I am sorry to hear that you have exhausted all the possible troubleshooting and still have the issue.

I do appreciate your efforts in performing the troubleshooting steps.
