My Hp8035e printer is  2 years and 3 months old.  The quality of the color print has become poor. THe colors are not mixing properly.  There are lines when I clean the printhead. I've done all of the troubleshooting in the printer software and on the website.  I even switched out my printer cartridges even though they were only half used and about and 2 months old.  That helped the problem a little but didn't solve it.  The last thing on the web troubleshoot was to replace the printhead.  I'm unable to find a new one.  Is there one available? Others have had the same problem with no results.  If I have to buy a new printer, I will be shopping for another brand as a printer that is only 2 years old and is used no more than 8-10 times a month is a waste of money.  I've used HP printers for years but the last 2 were pretty much similar problems.
