Good day!
I have been using the HP Deskjet F4440 All-in-One Printer for the past ten years, and it has been a reliable device. However, I recently encountered an issue when trying to replace the ink cartridges.
The HP 60 Ink cartridge that I was using was discontinued, so I purchased the replacement cartridge HP 818 as suggested on the official HP website Link https://support.hp.com/id-en/document/c01664517 . (Please see the attached image for reference.)
Unfortunately, when I inserted the new cartridges, the printer displayed an incompatible error message.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you very much for your time and attention to this matter.
