So my printer was working fine and then i got a message stating missing or failed printhead -- I tried cleaning it and taking it out and reinstalling but still same message.   The printhead had a lot of ink on the bottom - not sure if that is normal.  At any rate - is it worth spending the 118 to 140 to get a new one or just get a new printer.  Hate to waste all the ink cartridges so debating.  Thank you

Good question. Well, I would say, it would be good to replace the printer. 😊as I believe, it has come to its age.

However, to get more details on that, I recommend you contact phone support.
