HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP 8710 printer - 6 years old. Worked flawlessly until now.

Started printing bottom 2/3 of the pages, cutting off top 1/3 of text or images and leaving bottom 1/3 of printed page blank.

Started doing this one day and stayed fixed on that mode.

 

Additional symptom: Did some "grinding geras noises"upon print command.

 

Suggestions to diagnose? Repair?
