HP 9015 Having trouble with paper pickup. Tries several times then gives error message. No visible jam, paper tray and paper fine. Can open front ink cartridge access but cannot open top door. Left side will not lift at all, right side seems free. Is there a way to release the left side of top access door?

Open the front door, and then lift the ink cartridge access door.
Wait until the carriage stops moving before you continue.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord.
Warning:To avoid risk of injuries or electric shock, you must disconnect the power cord before reaching inside the printer.
