Product: Hp office jet pro 9018

I replaced all 4 ink cartridges 962 and machine displays incompatible cartridges - reset printer - took out cartridges and re-installed  - no luck

Are those genuine HP cartridges or replacement cartridges?

 

Which cartridge can you see listed below or above the message? you should see a colored circle with the indicated cartridge or cartridges.
