Is anyone else having issues with Cyan Cartridges. I have received my "urgent" second consignment and the Cyan will still not print. Cleaning it has no effect and wastes the other ink cartridges.

I am getting no error messages on the printer and cannot get the Cyan to print at all.

I was aware latter part of last year that there were issues with a faulty batch of cartridges but had hoped HP had resolved that buy now!!!

Any one else having similar issues, or do I find a bin for my printer!!!!(Printer is 3 years old)

Be sure to go through the steps by following HP Printer Support as listed in the document, provide the printer information and then the ink cartridge information and follow the steps on screen, be sure to provide a clear description of the exact problem.

Thanks, have already done that but as my post suggests without Cyan I cannot print anything in colour. I am wasting paper and paying for a service that I cannot usefully use.

Is there a date that the faulty cartridges will be clear of the system, the Cyan and Yellow that arrived today (from Insta Ink) are still from the faulty batch. Now waiting for the next set!!!!
