HP 910 cartridges

As a state employee working remotely due to covid, the state purchased an HP printer (due to the fine reputation of the HP name) for my printing needs. I find out that 910 cartridges are unavailable and consequently I am unable to complete my projects. Can you provide me with information of an expected time when the cartridges will be back on the market? I hear through the rumor mill and stores that the cartridges have been recalled. I would like HP to provide information regarding your products. I personally do not have the funds to purchase a printer to replace the one that is rendered worthless. The state will not purchase a replacement printer. What gives?

I don't think you will get an answer from HP. I have the same problem, and I can't find any cartridges for my brand-new printer. Not only cartridges have disappeared, I think they've discontinued all printers that use HP 910 cartridges. Now we are all stuck with them, with no ability to print normally.

@otptat & @Gene-G I understand your concern and I will bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.
Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.
Please look for a private message requesting additional information.

I'm doubtful that HP is discontinuing every model that uses 910 ink. The problem is that Cyan and Yellow cartridges for several models in the 900 ink series have been recalled due to a manufacturing defect. See this thread:
This has been going on for several weeks, now. I need ink for my OfficeJet 6978 (which requires 902 ink). I'm growing, increasingly, more frustrated with HP's continued lack of product availability.

I have heard nothing pertaining to even answering my question- just some BS that says to send info as a private matter. What miserable customer service! I haven't ever experienced such insulting treatment- to a now former loyal customer of HP.
