Hello, 

 

I'm having the same issue others have posted about. in the past. The "blue cartridge is not communicating correctly with the printer.." error.

 

This printer is fresh out of the box. I am using the Setup printer cartridges. I have confirmed the cartridge head was wiped and is clean, I've plugged in and unplugged it correctly (until it clicks) in the cartridge slot, have reset the printer (power cable pulled, powered off). I cannot get past the error message on the printer screen.  The last "help instruction" was to reach out for assistance. I am doing so now. If possible, I'd like to request a replacement "Setup Cartridge" unless there are more specific fix instructions available.

Let me  assist you with the steps to override the use setup cartridge error.

 

These steps are specific to the printer and I am afraid trying on a different printer might brick it.
