I recently purchased 3 HP 951XL cartridges (yellow, magenta, cyan), upon installation I am getting an error saying the Magenta cartridge is faulty.
I see in the cartridge that the warranty ends 2025/10. How can I go about starting the process of getting this fixed and get a replacement cartridge if possible.
