I purchased a complete set of 952 HP ink cartridges on Amazon.  I don’t print color that often so didn’t care that colors  with a yellow tint would print out greyish.  It wasn’t until I was printing documents that required my signature and where it was highlighted yellow where I needed to sign, it was simply a black strip.  Then it dawned on me that something might be wrong with my yellow.  So I had a document with mostly yellow and black type.  Everything printed black.  I then removed the yellow cartridge to take a closer look.  When I rubbed the ink area with a tissue it was black.  Not only that, the tiny plastic window where the ink color shows through is completely black.  I compared to the old yellow one I removed months ago and it was yellow.  I can only conclude that the manufacturer in Malaysia where this one was produced made a manufacturing error.  The window for me to return to amazon is closed and the customer service link took me here.  What do I need to do to get this replaced?
