HP Recommended

I have a HP OfficeJet Pro 8720. While cleaning the printer, I removed the cartridges and put the same back, it starts giving me an error "To resume printing, remove continuous ink system and install original HP cartridges." All the cartridges are genuine and that's what I was using. Can somebody help, please?
