Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw

Bonjour,

J'ai acheté des cartouches compatibles mais elles ne fonctionnent pas. J'ai le message suivant qui apparaît : "Les cartouches indiquées sont bloquées car elles contiennent une puce non-HP".

 

J'ai bien désactivé la protection des cartouches, j'ai même réinitialisé mon imprimante, mais il n'y a rien à faire, le message apparaît toujours même après avoir débranché l'imprimante.

 

Est-ce que quelqu'un aurait une solution à m'apporter ?
