Dear Hp
I have hp colour LaserJet cp 1215 printer, I am using last 15 years.
I can see there some print issue, last 3-4 day's that one colour print slight 1 or 1.5 mm downside.
Which is colour is magenta. I tried some troubleshooting and cartridge replacement, But can't solve.
I've attached print scan copy, you can find easily with mail.
This is not a cartridge problem, I think is this printer inside problem.
If you have a solution, please inform me.

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are facing a print quality issue with your HP Color LaserJet CP1215 Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

To assist better:

  • Are you using genuine HP ink cartridges?
  • Does the copy print out the same way?
  • What's the application you are trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing from a different application or device?

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

@KunjanVirani,

Thank you for your response, You may refill your cartridges or use remanufactured cartridges, but you may run into problems. HP will not guarantee the functionality of those ink cartridges.

There are many cartridges in the market which is refilled and sometimes the chip is not configured to work with the printer. You need to contact the cartridge manufacturer and find out why its not working. Try a different cartridge supplier and check if that works.
