If you insert your old ink, does the message go away?

 

Also, follow the steps from here


And if possible update the firmware for the printer from here

Purchased both HP Genuine #61 color and black ink cartridges a month ago. Installed them, printed test sheet satisfactorily. Recently tried to print, and an Incompatible Cartridge alert displayed for the black ink cartridge. Color was OK.

What is HP the address I can return the defective cartridge to HP for a replacement or refund?
