Hello,

Does Amazon sell fraudelent HP ink cartridges?   I noticed the three I purchased did not have the plastic cover on the ink spout area and were not wrapped in foil.  When I tried one cartridge it did not work.  I contacted Amazon and I am very upset.  I was told the warantee is over.  When I purchased the HP is because I got a notice it was low and I order right away.  I am very upset because I believe Amazon and the customer are being scammed by a company using HP boxes and putting in cartridges that do not work.  Where can I go for getting some consumer help on this issue?  Do I go to Better Business Bureau.
