Hi @Huug,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with ghost printing on your HP Color Laser 150nw printer. Please follow the steps to troubleshoot the problem.
Here are steps you can take to address the ghost-printing issue:
Check Toner Cartridges: Ensure that the toner cartridges are securely and properly installed. Remove them and reseat them to make sure they are correctly placed.
Check Paper Quality: Ensure that you are using high-quality paper that is compatible with your printer. Low-quality or incompatible paper can contribute to printing issues.
Calibrate the Printer: Many printers have a calibration or alignment function. Check your printer's user manual for instructions on how to calibrate the printer. This can help eliminate ghosting issues.
Update Printer Drivers: Make sure that your printer drivers are up-to-date. Visit the HP website to download and install the latest drivers for your specific printer model.
Check Printer Settings: Verify that your printer settings are configured correctly. Check for any unusual settings that might be causing the ghosting issue.
Check for Firmware Updates: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. You can find firmware updates on the HP support website.
Perform a Cleaning Cycle: Some printers have a cleaning cycle option. Run the cleaning cycle to remove any excess toner or debris from the printer components.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.-
