Hi all,
I have a problem with my printer that only print black/white. Toner level is ok, I tried to reinstall the driver, checked the settings in the application and in the printer settings as well, upgraded the printer firmware... Then I tried to make a copy of a color page and same issue... No color.
It seems to be a hardware issue. I suspect the issue started after the drum unit replacement but I not sure because I don't use it very often.
Can someone help me to solve this printing problem?
Thanks in advance
Michaël

First step would be to remove and re-seat all the supplies including the drum unit. Sometimes during installation they just do not seat properly and do not make proper contact.

I already tried to remove and reinstall the cartridges but not the drum unit. I just tried but still the same problem.

But it seems the printer cannot use the color cartridges even if it detects them... Really strange.
