Product: HP Color Laser MFP 178nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

My HP colour laser jet printouts are slightly faded on the left side.

I'm using original HP toner cartridges, I've tried taking the cartridge out & shaking it from left to right gently & it made no difference.
I'm only printing in black & haven't tried other colours yet.

Press (Menu) > System Setup > Report > "Supplies Info."

Check the toner levels and replace the appropriate cartridge.
