Product: HP Color LaserJet 5550dtn Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Color LaserJet 5550dn Will not print yellow even with a new toner cartridge. I have replaced the cartridge and swapped it with another HP Color Laser Jet 5550DTN and the cartridge works fine. Yet this printer will not print yellow. Supply screen display shows yellow full on a new cartridge and about 1/2 on a used cartridge and both of these agree with the display on the other 5550 that does work when the cartridges are placed in it. Help, Please.
