HP Recommended
I have a HP Color LaserJet CP5225dn that is printing all dark gray backgrounds on the whole page regardless of the print job. I've ran the cleaning option and ran a cleaning page through the printer. I've tried replacing toner cartridges etc. Could someone please advise what else might be the problem? Any further troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
