Printer won't print cyan after replacing cartridges. All toner cartridges are at 100% and installed within the last few months.

When I print the Supplies Status report, there is no cyan band on the cyan cartridge status. When I print the print quality report, the "green" band is pure yellow and the cyan band is missing. I've tried the cleaning and calibration options, but nothing will get cyan to print. I've also taken the cyan cartridge out and shaken it and replaced, but that didn't help. After shaking the cyan cartridge, there seems to be a bit of cyan "streak" on some pages, but still no cyan color in the test pages.

Hi @SeaRob,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I'd like to help!

I understand the printer does not print in cyan .

If you have already performed the steps from the document Fix poor print quality on HP Color LaserJet Pro M254 printers and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

I've sent you a private message with further instructions to get this issue sorted.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
