Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw

My HP Color LaserJet MFP M283fdw is producing faded / washed out prints. also, the colours are off. I have done everything I can to resolve this, 4 x BRAND NEW HP toners, cleaning cycle, firmware is current, shaken the toner cartridges to distribute the ink...everything that others have suggested, still terrible prints. 

 

As a test, please see the simple colours I wanted to print out in excel, and what the printer produced. Excel table = screenshot, printed out put = camera picture. You can see that the colours are wrong (orange is now yellow, light and dark blues are now the same, for example).
