Hi all,
I have been using the above printer for a while and it has been serving me well. But recently, the printer seems to not able to print an entire page, always leaving certain parts of the page blank (as much as about 1/3 of a page). I tried both black & white printing and color printing and both has the same issue. Please refer to attached demo print out that I tried earlier today. Do note that I have just changed my toners and they are all new and full. Did calibration and cleaning and still facing the same problem. Any advice will be great! Thanks in advance!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @suresh1984,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It's unfortunate to hear that you're experiencing issues with your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177fw. When facing printing problems like missing portions of a page, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Here are some suggestions:
Check Toner Cartridges: Ensure that the toner cartridges are securely installed. Make sure that the protective seals or tapes have been removed from the cartridges, and they are properly seated.
Print Quality Diagnostic Page: Most printers have a diagnostic or test page that you can print. This page often contains patterns and text that can help you identify printing issues. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on printing a diagnostic page.
Calibration: You mentioned that you've performed calibration, which is a good step. However, double-check if there's an option in the printer settings to perform a more detailed calibration or alignment.
Update Firmware/Drivers: Ensure that your printer's firmware and drivers are up to date. Visit the HP support website to download the latest firmware and drivers for your printer model.
Check Paper and Print Settings: Verify that you are using the correct paper type and size settings in both the printer and print driver settings. Mismatched settings can result in printing issues.
Clean the Printer: Use a lint-free cloth to gently clean the printer's paper path, rollers, and any accessible internal components. Dust or debris may affect print quality.
Run Print Head Cleaning: If your printer has a print head, run a print head cleaning utility to ensure that the nozzles are clear. Refer to your printer manual for specific instructions.
Test with Different Software: Try printing from different applications or software to rule out any software-specific issues.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.-
