HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw - Print Quality Issue - Color block chnages on half of page

I went through all of the troubleshooting steps and HP support says "if streaks appear in multiple color bands, contact HP.  A component other than the toner cartridge is probably causing the problem.  I tried to contact HP but the printer is out of warranty so it isn't free.  I thought I'd try posting here first. 

I wish I could upload a picture of my print quality report.  The first vertical half of the page prints normally in color but the 2nd vertical half has a yellow line dividing it and after that the page has a yellow tint that fades until the end of the page.

I guess that scan then capture is very grainy.  The printout isn't grainy.  Just at the half way point there's a yellow line that fades to the end of the page - the 2nd half of the page is tinted yellow.
