HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw print issue:

- when I print/copy color, the whole page is filled with rainbow like thin stripes.

- when I print/copy black, I have big bars (one in each color) in blue, magenta, yellow on the page.

Firmware is up to date, "cleaning page" results in an almost white page with a little bit yellow at the top of the page. I am using (and always have) original HP print cartridges.

Can someone please help and explain this, and suggest a fix?

Thank you!

I figured out the problem ... something is wrong with the most recently changed cartridge. No idea why. When I changed out that cartridge and put the old one back in ... the problem was gone.

Hi,

print a supllies status page and upload here, click on the icon "Insert photos", "Set format = Large", original size at least 200 KB.
But before you must remove or delete the personal data and printer serial number on the printout.

Well, the printout is pretty much not readable, because of the technical issue that I'm experiencing and want to get resolved ... the whole page is printed in all colors ... but there you can at least see it.

I didn't see any sensitive information, but let me know if I should delete this ...
