CM2320 MFP
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm having issues with my HP Color LaserJet CM2320 MFP printing quality. Here are a couple of comparisons. Here's the first page. This is the original page.

And here's the CM2320 printout looks like.

Another set of tests comes this site https://printatestpage.com/. The "Black and White Test Page" page looks like this on the printer. As you can see below, some of the magenta color bleeds into printing black and white printout.

And here's the result from the "Color Test Page" printout from the same https://printatestpage.com/ site. The Green color shows up as yellow and Blue color shows up as light magenta.

And the last test page for "CMYK Test Page" is the result below. As you can see, there is no CYAN color background and the BLACK background is showing as light magenta.

Any help in troubleshooting this issue is much appreciated.

Are you using genuine HP toners?
Edit:
Can you print a Supply status page from reports and add it here?

  1. On the product control panel, press Setup.
  2. Use the arrow buttons to select Reports, and then press OK.
  3. Use the arrow buttons to select Supplies Status, and then press OK.

Or even better, supply status page  , configuration page and diagnostics page. So it would be easier to help you

As far as I know, I'm using HP genuine toners. Is there a way to verify the toner if it is in fact HP genuine?

Below is the printer supply level.

I would really like to see the actual print, maybe you can print something and scan it, add it to this post?

I'm not sure why but I after I uploaded the image here, preview, post the response and everything seems to work but after a few minutes, the image I've uploaded do not display anymore. It shows "triangle" icon instead. Did I upload the image wrong in anyway?

Looks like the Cyan toner is defective or the laser unit is broken. If you have a other cyan toner , you could try to replace it and see if that helps.
Can you make a picture of the toners themself?
