HP Color Laserjet Enterprise M553 print large black areas

Hi, since a few days we got problems with a HP Laserjet m553 that prints large black areas at the paper.

I've

- changed  toner catridge, no effect. 

- upgrade firmware

- print test/config page - no fault

I see that the Toner collection unit look's almost rahter full, but not sure if that is important.

All pages gives the same black result (reports, test pages or normal printing), see enclosed picture.

Any idéas? Thanks for help! 🙂

From the printers menu:

Home -> Administration -> Troubleshooting -> Diagnostic tests -> Disable cartridge check

Remove the black toner cartridge from the printer and print something in colour, without the black toner cartridge.

This is now solved, it was a bit plastic from the transport protection left at the black toner cartridge.
