I know all these steps. Cartridges genuine HP. There are no stripes, spots. Printed correctly. But very pale. I made all possible resets. Perhaps something with regional settings. The printer was bought in Israel, cartridges too. I heard that if the cartridge does not correspond to the region, then it is bad printing. There may be a problem in this.

A cartridge from another region will not work in the printer!

I think the problem here is with the cartridges.

Has an Supplies Status page been printed?
Was a cleaning page also printed?

A very strange thing. My printer was installed in my native language -Russian, but the region of Israel. When I print Supplies Status page in Russian, then everything is pale, in Hebrew a little belief. He does not swear at cartridges, writes that everything is ok. The printer is connected to the Internet. I had the feeling that in some way, it was possible when updating, the region flew into Russia. And cartridges for Israel began to work poorly.

Hi,

I ask:

  1. Has an Supplies Status page been printed?
  2. Was a cleaning page also printed?

upload "Supplies Status page" here, click on the icon "Insert photos", "Set format = Large", original size at least 200 KB.

And what about the cleaning page?

Just to clarify, cartridges from a wrong region will not print poorly. the  printer will not print AT ALL. Are all colors faded or just one? How does the black look? It could be an issue with the alienation which disengages the color cartridges when printing just in black. Have you disassembled anything in the printer recently? Are you plugged directly into a wall outlet?
