I am getting en error code 10.01.11 for cyan on my printer. its been working fine and suddenly stopped.

 

I have installed new HP toner, and verified that there is no brightly colored orange blocker on it.

I have factory reset the printer, blasted air, double checked the connections, and tried several HP Cyan toner - nothing is helping.

 

Is this just a faulty product? Or is there a way to clear the cache or perform some other form of IT magic

Get your printer for a repair, there is nothing much a user can do. That is a known error on that model.
