Product: HP Color Laser 150nw

After printer was over 12 months old and on second Black toner, started to experience ghost images on all prints. 

Ensured printer was cleaned but continued to have issue. 

Problem was completely solved after 1) Wiped clean the printer drum and 2) wiped clean the roller on the black toner and gently shook the toner sideways as per the manual states for toners when running low. 

Very pleased to not need to purchase a new printer drum or any parts and back to crisp clean printing.
