Hi I insert a new BLACK HP 664 XL Cartridge I purchased into my HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2135 printer & it is blinking an orange light. Tried several times taking off the printer & cartridge and putting it back on but getting the same orange light blinking. i checked the ink quantity..coloured and black ink full. I sent a document to print & it is saying error in printing. I tried copying a document...nothing happened!
What does this orange blinking light under the black ink mean?

To check if an HP ink cartridge is genuine, look for a security label on the cartridge, scan the QR code on the label with your phone, and then go to HP's website hp.com/go/ok to verify the serial number on the label; if the label appears tampered or the serial number doesn't validate, the cartridge is likely not genuine.
If you cannot capture QR codes with a smartphone, go to the HP Mobile Authentication website at the URL shown on new security labels hp.com/go/ok and enter the label's serial number to validate the label. A valid response indicates that the cartridge is safe for purchase.
If your printer was designed for a different region then you need to change the region number to be able to use the local cartridges.

possibly there is a different problem. Use the EWS to get a better error message.
