HP DeskJet 2630 not printing Magenta

Hi, I'm having trouble with colour printing on my HP DeskJet 2630. I've recently changed the colour ink cartridge (HP Original 123) and the printer now won't print any Magenta. I think this may have been happening before the change in cartridge as the print quality was poor, but I attributed this to low ink levels. I have run two cleaning cycles on the printer, wiped the print heads and tried printing multiple pages of Magenta (suggested on this support site) but still no success. The printer firmware is up to date. Any ideas? Thanks!

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
