Hello,
Thank you for your suggestions, I have done all the checks you have suggested,
I have tried to download the Firmware but it says "This Firmware Updater does not contain upgrades for your device"
My MacOS is Big Sur Version 11.6 which wasn't an option on the OS list.
There are still lines printing in my solid colour.
Please advise what I can do.
Kind regards
Debbie

In this case, it could be an issue with the color ink cartridge. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the replacement options.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.

If you have already replaced the ink cartridges and the issue persists, I'm afraid the printer has gone bad. If it is under warranty, you can get a replacement from HP.
If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.
