I've had this printer for a few years now.  Have not had any problems until this week.  The color cartridge light is on.  The error code I get says it needs the set up cartridges.  I've tried all of the solutions I can find (unplugging, cleaning the points on the cartridge and the printer, etc.) and none of them work.  I've run the diagnostics and nothing happens. 

 

Why am I getting this message and what can be done about it.  I like this printer and  really don't want to buy another one.  Help!

I did this, purchased a care pack and now I can't find a number to actually call someone.  It's ridiculous.
