Hello,

My printer is all connected and set up properly. The ink cartridges have ink in them, I can see on the levels on the printer and have removed them and blotted to check there is still ink present.

Whenever I try to print something, the printer sucks the page through and makes all the noises it should, but the printed pages come out completely blank. This also happens when I try to make a copy, or print an info page directly from the printer. I have done all the diagnostics available to clean the printer heads, download the latest software, restore to factory settings, try one cartridge at a time, ETC. Problem is persisting.

What is wrong with this printer?

Thanks
