Hi all,

 

My HP DeskJet 3750 printer don't print using black cartridge (ink level is good), tried to follow instruction for similar issues found on this support forum, but printer still not use black.

I understand that your printer is not printing in black, I am glad to assist you.

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here

And if the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue that requires one on one interaction to fix the issue.
