HP DeskJet 3752 All-in-One Printer

My color ink cartridge is saying cartridge error on my Instant Ink account dashboard. There is a red light flashing next to my ink level status icon on my printer. I followed all the steps to fix the issue with the HP virtual assistant, and it basically let me to a dead end.  Can someone assist?
