My HP DeskJet 3755 printer is printing an outlined font. I have cleaned the printheads and ran the calibrate scanner multiple times and that has not worked.

I'd be happy to help you! 

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, then either the cartridge is faulty or the printer needs to be serviced. 

 

Update the firmware. Click here and see if this helps.
