Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello Sirs,
I'm trying to find help in such situation: recently the orange led indicating cartridge problems started to blink: the status says "problem with the cartridge" in particular the coloured one. I've tried to follow instructions to clean both the cartridge and the circuit where the cartridge is located...but no effect.
In this situation the printer doesn't print. It seems there is "no communication" with the cartridge.
I was hoping HP was able to send me a new coloured cartridge replace...but nobody is taking care of the problem.
I don't know what to do....Anyone knows a possible workaround?
Thanks
