I was peacefully printing with my HP DeskJet 3762 printer when, after discarding the last printout and attempting a new print, suddenly, the printer doesn't print anything. To better describe, it goes through the printing process, but there is no trace of ink on the paper. The first thing I did was to change both the color and black cartridges. Then, I cleaned the printheads, but nothing happened.  I have tried to reboot anything possible, using HP  print a and scan doctor, and finally I tried to re install with most recent drivers and firmware. Moreover, things have worsened because now the printing process doesn't start, and the printer's settings have disappeared (such as the choice between color or black and white printing).. Nothing worked...The issue persists.The printer is 4 years old, and out of warrant. Time to buy a new one?

Done, after reinstalling full software by  HP and reboot again
